Today i called Nashua Mobile after waiting for a month and a half for feedback on my insurance claim only to find out that it was declined based on the that the device was not used with their Sim card, when i bought the phone i made it clear that i have own Sim card and will not need a new but the phone could only be sold with the new Sim card which i didn't mind but this now i have been paying for a insurance for 27 months for nothing and they couldn't even be bothered, i didn't lose the phone it just went dead, all i wanted was my phone back fixed or another phone it doesn't even matter what phone it is..i've been without a phone since last year October waiting for their stupid process while they were billing for insurance yet my claim was declined. how is this fair? their insurance process is stupid and so are all of them!!! Never again will i do business with Nasua Mobile nor refer any one to them.
