I have been with MTN for years and it got to the point where I was too scared to look at my account. There fees are so very expensive and if you try change to a more suited package it is so complicated and takes so long to work out. That it was easier to change to the simple, cheaper Cell C. I know many people are changing but just wanted to complain as I just looked at my MTN account for the last time and was horrified at the cost. They obviously need to re-look at what they are doing.
