Since my previous complaint I have not been helped at all. The people at Vodasure are rude and un-helpfull the branch says there is nothing to do as the person resigned that is responsible for this. I am a customer and the finger pointing does not resolve my problem. How is it possible that no one accepts responsibility in a matter. I am very disappointed in the way customers are being helped rather than helping they decline and give you a 100 reasons why but why do they not disclose this valuable terms and conditions to the customers from day one
