Dear Multichoice, I am very disappointed in the latest channel change that according to you are new for us. I got the compact Dstv package due to the fact that it is still affordable and you still get to see some interesting/entertaining channels. Since the change from series channel now being more that one series channel I have not been able to watch the series that I paid for with the previous compact package. I used to watch series channel for all the shows that is now showing on "series reality 114" and "series showcase 113" that I now cannot watch at all. The series channels that I can watch is a waste of time anyway because it is old series shown all over again. The reason people get the cheaper packages is because it was worth the money but now it is actually just a waste why would I want to watch a season which I watched a year or even two years ago. I understand that you are trying to disappoint everyone with their packages so that eventually everyone will just get the full package which is ridiculously expensive. I would of understood it if you could of given the people with the compact packages a heads up and said "listen here we are taking some of your channels away.
