Not a company to use when you have to change fligh

I tried to change my mother in laws flight today. I needed to move it a week up and gave 2 days which to look for the most cost effective flight. The feedback came, SAA penalties R340, fair difference R550, tax difference R750 and their fee to change it R250. More than R1800!
I looked on [URL Removed] for a flight and found the flight cost for a one way trip, R1100. So either this company takes the opportunity to buy a new flight or they change from the one class seat to the most expensive class seat to milk you dry.
Not a company I would recommend anyone to use.
