Continues to charge after contract cancellation

I cancelled my contract with Autopage in November 2012. Their final statement showed that they owed me R14.00. I have spoken to them, and written to them subsequently, as they continued to send me, by post, statements showing charges for the statements.
In April, I sent yet another fax stating the same thing, with the concern that by May their calculations would show that I owed them money. I have now discovered that they have deducted an amount of R9.50 from my bank account!
