I cancelled my account around the 15th of June and was informed that the cancellation takes a calendar month to process, thus my account would run until the end of July. This is fine, I have no problem with that.

I now wanted to change my account from the 2mb uncapped account to a 5gb capped account for the month of July as this is what suits my requirements. Unfortunately I was informed that this would not be possible because the billing has already been done and if I want to do this I would be billed for August as well.

I don't understand why I would not be able to change the account, I have not paid for anything yet and even if I did shouldn't I be entitled to change my package as it suits my needs? Furthermore I was never informed that this is how it works, if I knew I would have done something to change the account.
