I have a 24month business contract with Nashua and require my phone for business having dealt with Nashua for at least 6years have been very disappointed in attitude to problem I have had with mu "new" blackberry 9900 it just started switching off during calls I took it in told 30 days for repair and sorry no loan stock 2weeks later got call to say fetch phone which I did on Sunday as I was traveling Monday pick up phone told given new phone off I went satisfied however replacement phone did same thing now I was stuck without phone whilst overseas on my return I tried to phone but got answering machine telling me they busy call back later despite numerous attempts this was always case so back I go this time I demand working phone refuse another 9900 as they must be aware of problem all they can do is take it in for repairs tell me to write down my complaint and demands and wait for someone to call me... this is just not good enough I pay for service and am furious at been sidelined when I have problem
