Incorrect Direct Debit!

My bosses contract with Nashua Mobile was terminated in February this year. Since then his account has been directly debited on a monthly basis. The last amount to be deducted from his account was R647, 49 on 01 May 2013.

After having phoned and visited the Nashua Mobile store in Hillcrest a number of times, they were unable to give me an answer. I gave the Call Centre a call and after being put through to a numerous amount of agents, I lost my temper. Not one person at the Call Centre was able to give me an answer and at one stage I was put on hold for half an hour!!

I have now lodged a formal complaint and await feedback!
