Well - here we go again with Nashua Mobie and repairing of my phone - It was not even in for repairs about 2 months ago - I have been having problems with my Blackberry Bold 9900 over and over again - Repair No. 5 (If I am not mistaken) and each time I get a referbished piece of rubbish back.
This time the scrolley and alt key does not work and the smiley button comes on all the time when I am typing.
I will have to take this piece of junk in for repairs yet again and wait another 3 - 4 weeks for it to come back to me again with only to have a problem with the phone again in a few months time - I have had this phone now for just under 1 year and I might as well have left it in for a permanet repair as I very seldom have the phone working and if that is the case the rest of the time it is in for repairs. I would plead and beg Nashua Mobile to give me an option to get a different phone to the same value to try and make me a happy client again instead of always having to write to hello peter to express my unhappiness. So Nashua Mobile come to the party for once. Disspointed :(
