Lack of software support

Iike so many other companies looking to offer the latest technology hardware, we as consumers seem to be stuck with poor software/firmware support. Being a Blackberry Z10 user, it is frustrating to know that the newest OS is alrwady not only available internationally, but that Vodacom has already rolled out OS 10.1 and that MTN is still not even sure when they will release the update, which by the way improves allot.
