Double commands - software problems Explora

When you press a "1" on the remote the decoder will register "11" this double command is a problem with all the keys (P / V / menu) all the buttons.
So when i called the multichoice call centre i was told by one of the clever support people that my "1" key is stuck., did not listen i said all the keys!!

The explora is the biggest piece of that you can buy. it is unstable, it loses the extraview settings, and now this. No the "1" key is not stuck IT IS ALL THE KEYS DAMM STUPID SUPPORT!!! Multichoice where do you get these people!!!
we have been blocked on the forum, many people are complaining about this, but now.. Eish -- you key is stuck.

so, this is happening for the last day, some people has experienced this for 2 -3 days. and the worst part. Multichoice did not perform QA on the software before they rolled it out. DAMM INCOMPETANT DEVELOPERS!

well tomorrow i will drive to your offices in randburg, demand a new decoder that work, and then sue you for the time and the petrol.
