Charging me for something I don't have

I am trying to cancel a contract With iburst as I have not received any connectivity from them since March yet they still deduct premiums every month. I have been to the store 8 times in the last 4 months and each time they promise to call back but never do. The manager is just as useless! Pathetic customer service.
