I have a panel beating business and bought this software without a support contract. There has been the odd occasion that i have required support and have paid for it, expectantly.
There are some fundamental flaws with this software that require tweeking. Eg. Some inputted quoted lines are not printed on the quotation. I pointed this out to them. Now they expect me to pay in excess of R3500 to get the upgrade to fix their problems. OUTRAGEOUS.
The documentation for this software is inadequate and the software does not always do as it is supposed to.
Eg. There is an option 'Show Time Required On Quote' that we have not selected yet the time (hours) are printed on the quotation.
Would you pay every month for support? I think not.
