Unsatisfied with the way Virgin mobile handles their billing accounts. If a contract specifies R200 airtime a month, why is there a need to put over R1150 per month and still not restrict the customer to use what they paid for. Each month a different amount of airtime is being recharged and we are billed with unnecessary amounts. This is! It is attempting to rob the customer of their money when contracts are meant to be a financially stable price plan for customers. When a complaint is brought through, we are told to by another sim card to use. This is insane, unprofessional and this company should be sued for lack of account management and marketing strategies because it is unethical and illegal!
