Contracts (not taken) billed for (2 months worth)!

Two months ago I attempted to take three classic contracts with Virgin. The whole thing was a debacle. Virgin reversed everything at my request and all payments were reversed. I was billed R700 this month and when my wife queried she was told that the notice period was two months. I had all three contracts on pre-paid before attempting to convert them. I had been billed up front already so I do not understand how this account came to be. I was not billed last month but now I have been billed this month. I have not received any account so I can see why I was billed. I now have to reverse the payment and probably pay bank charges!!
