I took my faulty phone to MTN to repair and when I received a sms that it was ready to pick up, I assumed that it was fixed. I traveled from Hoedspruit to Pretoria to collect it just to find out that it was still not fixed! They did not let me know that there was a (crack on the screen and that I would have to pay for the repair work. So it was send back to repairs and they quoted me for the repair. After my first complain on Hallopeter a lady (Shannon) from MTN phoned me and ask what they could do to assist me. I told her that I will have to travel 1000km to and back from Hoedspruit to Pretoria to fetch my phone for the second time and I will really appreciate it if they can help covering my travelling cost as it was their neclect that the phone was not repaired the first time. Needless to say that they declined and sent me a sms that I have to collect my phone within 14 days or it will be send back to repairs!! GOOD SERVICE??? I THINK NOT
