Repeat Billing Complications

My name is `Orapeleng Seate, and i have a data contract with vodacom. i believe that i've been billed incorrectly, because my monthly subscription is R237, but at the beginning of this month, almost R1700 was debited from my account. before complaining, i went online and checked out my balances, and they don't correspond with the deduction. suffice to mention that such a discrepancy has occurred before, where i found myself paying close to R2000 for a month's bill, afterwhich measures were put into place, and placed a call limit of R100 on my account. Can `vodacom kindly explain to me why i was billed such an exorbitant amount of money! i really need my money back, because that limit was put there for a reason, and the balances don't even show me exceeding my allotted data for the month...
