Failure to Cancel Contract Within 10 Days

Hi, on the 26th of April I signed up for a Samsung S3 (R299pm) contract with Cell C Vincent Park East London. Five Days after that I saw an advertisement on TV about the new Samsung S4 that has been launched at R400pm, I felt that this package suited my requirements alot better. Due to my work circumstances I could only return the phone after 7 Days as I was working away from home. Cell C then refused to cancel my contract even though according to the consumer act I was well within my rights. After numerous debates and disagreements with regional managers of Cell C they agreed to Cancel my Contract but with many other issues that are still pending. Meanwhile I have been debited for a month subscription R299 for a phone that i have not had for the past 4weeks. I am highly dissapointed with the poor service delivery of this store as Cell C is to a great extent advertised and claim to be one of the best Cellular companies.
