My data contract is with Vodacom with a fixed monthly charge if not exceeding my 3GB day or 3GB night per month. I have a voluntary call limit of R100 just in case. Last night I received a message stating that I have exceeded 70% of my call limit. But my data balance is still in excess of 3GB as I still have data left from the previous month?! I contacted Vodacom regarding this and was told that I am subscribed to Cellspice which charges R7 per day. I have never subscribed to any of these daily charge-adds as it is a rip-off. I hardly download any movies, videos, music etc so how the heck did I get subscribed to this load of? And this is a data contract so I cannot always see when a message is received, only when I put the simcard in my tablet, which I did last night and then noticed the sms this morning after receiving the information from Vodacom.
From what I've seen in the few minutes that I have been googling cellspice your company has ripped of a hugh number of unsuspecting hardworking people. Where do you get of doing this? Do you not have a conscience? What would your mother say? I'm sure she did not raise your this way!
I would like my money back!!!
