I have already changed my top up contract to a prepaid last month and yet a debit order of R135 still went through now in May.
* This is very irritating. How can a debit order still be going off? To me that is attempted, because what if I never picked it up, then Vodacom would be receiving money for no service. Please fix it.
* I sent an email to customer care already on the first, still no reply. Not good customer service.
Just because of this, I am considering going somewhere else.
