Shocking after sales support

I signed up for a new contract through Nashua Mobile with Cell C which included the Samsung Galaxy Note. The sale went through smoothly. After I received the tablet, I asked Prudence for proof that I took out the contract for insurance purposes, I am still waiting. I phoned Prudence again within 7 days to cancel the contract with Cell C and move over to MTN as I had no coverage with Cell C, she told me over the phone that I can change network and that they will send me a new sim card, when I didn't receive the sim card within two days I started phoning her and left numerous messages AND emailed her, no response! Days later she emailed me it's not possible. Now I have to cancel the contract and because it is after 7 days I have to buy the tablet outright. If she had told me the first time I phoned her that I would have to cancel the contract I still would have been able to return the device and sign a new contract with MTN, now I need to fork out R7200 to cancel the contract. Not everyone has that amount of money to spend outright. I have never had problems with Nashua mobile but now it seems that they just want your sale and the commission and then you're on your own.
