ADSL line down

I have been trying to short out my adsl line with telkom since the 25/04/2013 they keep sending me from accounts to technical back and forward the account was paid now they cant get my line back up I phone them 4 to 5 times a day 2 to 3 hours a day getting promises it will be shorted in an hour or a supervisor will phone me nothing is getting done today its the network people that needs to assist. I need to know who I need to contact so I can get this shorted we going into a weekend again and no internet . if I dont phone them are they ever going to short this out
