I had problems viewing my account and sent Virgin Mobile an email for assistance. I also posted the same question on their Face Book wall. I was answered in a reasonable time seeing that they were changing to a new system or upgrading it, I am not sure. Hundreds of people were commenting on their wall. They stayed professional and friendly.
Noah went the extra mile and suggested that I must send him my details and he would email the bill for me. This he did as soon as he received my info. Everything was sorted out due to his enthusiasm and efficiency.
I have up to now always received very good and prompt service from Virgin Mobile. Thank you guys!
