There has been unauthorised deuctions on my account for Viamedia and Opera Telecom, things I never subscribed to. And I never received any service or content from it. MUCH??? I demand to know how this is possible. In my eyes this constitutes and. I do suspect that Cell C gets a portion of the profit, that is why they do allow this to happen. Vodacom protects their customers from this and sends you a sms warning you of this and then you must authoriese it before they allow the subscription to go ahead. So I need to also warn people out there to rather CANCEL Cell C which I will be doing shortly and then go over to Vodacom. This is ridiculous. And then when i want to unsubscribe they cannot assist you with that? REALLY?
