Received a faulty phone after renewing my contract

I have had my Nokia Luminia for 2 months now but I have only manage to use it for 2 weeks because the phone is faulty. the phone has already being booked 3 times now at the repair centre. The last time that I went to book the phone I just found out that the phone was swapped without my knowledge and the worst part is that it was swapped with a faulty phone again. I am bit frustrated now. as I am speaking with you the phone it went for repairs.

I believe as a customer I am allowed to cancel my contract because I am not getting the service that I deserve, I was suppose to enjoy the phone not struggle with the new phone
