I took my Blackberry to Vodacom Hillcrest KZN for repair and they in turn sent it to Port Shepstone who could not repair the phone and they sent it to Jhb. After 2 weeks and 1 day, and me making many calls my phone came back only to find that it was still doing the same thing and was not repaired at all! I complained and was politely told send it back and we will relook at it!! What is this. I was already without my phone for 2 weeks and now I need to borrow another phone for another 2 weeks. I want my phone replaced and I am so tired of Vodacom not coming back to me. They are quick enough to take your money but when items are to be replaced they don't want to know a thing!!! Why must I be so inconvenienced and Vodacom will not go out of there way to make right for something they upo
