I have a data contract with a R300 call limit above the 2Gb data per month. I usually have no problem when I exceed my 2Gb cap. In October, I reached my R300 cap, and the modem was soft locked. When I received my account, I got billed for - R1000. Now Nashua Mobiles' excuse is that if you do a large download the download will complete an you will be billed - which is understandable, but looking through my itemised bill not large downloads were made, and I just got over.
Customer service is pathetic with Nashua Mobile. I'm done with their incompetence!!
