I have a blackberry at mtn canal walk today I discovered that when I download it comsumes my airtime even though I took my contract out before the 200MB was introduced so accoring to the call center guy I spoke to my account is being billed for my downloads but my browsing is free!! what th that's not what my contract states its suppose to be uncaped due to my contract agreement I'm very annoyed and know mtn isn't going to refund me or solve this problem I was thinking of getting an ipad contract but I'd rather switch to another network. What I don't understan is why am I being billed when my downloads should be free!!
