Cleawater branch's inability to answer their phone

I went in to do my upgrade (which has been due since February and no one bothered to notify me about) at Clearwater Mall. They told me they did not have stock of the Galaxy S4 which I am fine with as I know it is a popular phone. I was told I would be receiving a call 2 days later as they were expecting stock. I did not receive a call. I was given this number 0116755714 by the store's own staff. I am not lying when I say I have called this number 40 times over the last 2 days and no one ever answers the phone. Please can someone give me the correct number where people actually answer the phone and tell me what is happening with the stock situation
