We had a simcard which we wanted to be clipped into a mini-sim. They clip it (3 seconds max) and charged us R45.00.
We did not receive an invoice for this transaction.
I lodge a complaint on their website on 7 January 2013 addressing this. We receive acknowledgement from a noreply address, confirming that we will be contacted within 24 hours.
To date we have still not received any response.
It is evident that they are not customer orientated so personally I will never support them again and I will also make it known to all my friends and colleagues.
