On the 28th of May I ordered by I-pad mini through FNB. I have met all the requirements to take up the offer. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I contacted FNB to find out the status of my order. She informed me that the transaction was approved and that she will escalate the matter and I would receive a call in 24-28 working hours. After still not hearing a few days later I called again today this time I was first informed that the transaction was not approved because I do not have debit orders off my cheque account (which I do) after confirming this I spoke to a third lady who again told me is was approved and that she would escalate the matter and that I would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours again. She also commented that she could not find the order on the system. So at the end of over 3 weeks I am still at square one. FNB shows great customer service in the process of joining; however this service ends after joining the bank.
