On the 15/11/2013 a colleague and i purchased 2 streetwise one meals at around 10am.as we were eating the meals we noticed that there was mould on the mini loafs, we immediately called kfc's customer care line and the man on the line assured us that we would receive a reference number for the complaint, after 2 hours we did not receive one we called again and we were assured we would receive it, only after calling again at 3pm did we receive a reference number.during the interim between the second call and third call we went to the kfc hillcrest branch to address the problem the manager was very arrogant and did not even apologize she merely said that the expirey date on the roll which stated 15/11/2013 was not yet expired and that only in the evening it would be even though she could clearly see the mould on the rolls.on the 21/11/2013 after receiving nothing besides a reference number for the complaint we then called kfc again and we were assured some one would phone us.nothing has been done till today.if this is the kind of customer service kfc has to offer my colleagues we will not buy from them and advise other people not too support this branch of kfc.
