Unknow Billing and told I am been difficult

I sent a compaint to Autopage as per Ref:299944 on the 03.10.13.I received the following response on the 03.10.13.

Thank you for contacting Altech Autopage Cellular (Pty) Ltd. Please find this email as an acknowledgement of receipt of your query.
A customer service consultant will be in contact with you within 24 hours.

24 hours has exceeded days ago and I am no where closer to resolution of my query now complaint. At the end of the month my account is going to be debited and Autopage just does not care.
