I have to lodge a complaint again. Last month I noticed a charge for a call to number "083123670106" with a duration of "00:00:00", but I was charged R3.07 before VAT.
I called Autopage on 30/12/2013 at 08H32 and spoke to Rieyard Hartley and he promised to log a call and provide feedback within 24 hours. Reference number 321274 was given for the call, but I did not receive any feedback. I assumed that the credit will be passed.
I have now received the bill for January and I see that there are more charges for calls to the same number and same "00:00:00" call duration and now they are a further R24.56 before VAT. Please arrange for a reversal of the December and January charges and ensure that I don't get charged for calls of this type going forward.
