MTN BLACKLISTING ME COS I DONT HAVE AN MTN ACCOUNT

Someone tried to open an account with my ID, the banking details did not match the person, so the account was not opened (THIS TOOK PLACE IN 2011). MTN HAS BLACK LISTED ME FOR THIS WITH SAFPS!!! I FOUND OUT DUE TO MY APPLICATION AT ANOTHER INSTITUTE BEING DECLINED AS I AM BLACKLISTED. I have queried this on the 7 Jan 2013 (Nicky Wilson), I followed up on 9 Jan 2013 (HAD TO EXPLAIN THE SAME STORY TO 2 PEOPLE BOITUMELO AND TRAVESHEN AS NICKY WAS OFF SICK). I received a call from Traveshen on 11 Jan 2013 to say the listing has been removed. I requested confirmation from MTN, was told i should ask SAFPS. SAFPS does not give letters so i contacted Boitumelo on the 11 Jan 2013 (AS HE WAS SICK ON 9 JAN 2013) and have still not received a letter acknowledging the clearance. I HAVE REQUESTED BOITUMELO AND TRAVESHEN TO APROACH MTN AND REQUEST SOME FORM OF COMPENSATION FROM MTN FOR THEIR INCORRECT CONDUCT AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE WITH REGARDS TO THAT EITHER. DUE TO MTN INCOMPETENCE I CANNOT GET ANY LOAN, CR CARD OR ANYTHING AS THEY HAVE SPOLIT MY RECORD!!!
