I handed my blackberry in for repairs on 10 August 2013. I have now enquired weekly for the last 3 - 4 weeks and no-one seems to know where my phone is. I've even been at the branch - that did not help either.
Vincent at the branch tried to help, but he does not seem to be successful - he never calls back and when I eventually call again, he still has no answer.
I logged a complaint on the Autopage website. Despite the return mail that promises feedback with 24 hours, no-one contacted me in the last 27 hours.
This complaint will probably also just get met the standard response of: we've received your complaint and are looking into it.
Autopage's customer service seems to be at an all time low!
