After numerous attempts to get the actual required documents to dispute accounts I am still left in the dark about the account that was opened in my name.

I sent through the documents on the 18th June 2013 to the [Email Removed] and I got an auto reply acknowledging the receipt of my e-mail and it was stating that I will be contacted within 24 hours. Today the 25th of June 2013 I phoned to follow up and to my surprise they did not receive the e-mail at all. I was never contacted within 24 hours as per the acknowledgement though I left both my mobile and the e-mail address in the e-mail I sent through.

The consultant advised that I should re-send it again, I just did and again I received the acknowledgement. The only question I have right now is, will this one disappear again? I am not happy at all with the client service.
