Still deducting

Our contract ended in March 2013 they told us end March 2013 will be the last payment. Once again they took a payment 1st of May 2013 & with that our airtime on the other contract still not loaded and its the 2nd. i work on a stric budget now they take money as they please!!! this will be the last contract that i will take with them to much problems!!!
