I confirm that I am a bona fide customer of Vodacom, and that all the facts contained in my report are true and accurately describe my experiences with Vodacom. I acknowledge that I have read the terms and conditions of Hellopeter.com and that my report does not contain unlawful content, including content that is defamatory, insulting, private, sexist, threatening, harassing, degrading, obscene, indecent or otherwise objectionable.

I understand that my personal details (name, contact number, email address and any other identifying information provided by me to the owner of Hellopeter.com) may be disclosed to the supplier concerned in the sole discretion of the owner of Hellopeter.com. I consent to my details being disclosed to the supplier concerned and I undertake not to institute legal action against the owner of Hellopeter.com for breach of privacy or any related cause of action in relation to such a disclosure. I also consent to my personal details being kept by the owner of Hellopeter.com for a period of 5 (five) years from the time that I provide them to the owner of Hellopeter.com.
