SIM SWAP - RESULTING IN ABSA ACC EMPTY

I phoned in on Tues 30/04 3 times to ask them to check my line as my phone shows no service They said to me that there was nothing wrong with my sim or the coverage. I then went home to go to an MTN shop the next morning. When I logged into my internet banking I realised that someone has done transactions on my account & that my savings acc was empty ABSA told me that the transactions was done via my cell phone banking, I told them that I did not have access to my cell phone the whole day, that is when ABSA told me then a sim swap was done on my phone. Then I realised that is why my phone was not working the whole day. I phoned MTN on Tues night to ask them & they (Dawid) confirmed that a sim swap was done At Brooklyn Mall MTN. I then requested him to suspend that current sim card, as I did not request the sim swap. I did and affidavit faxed it yesterday went to MTN Carnival today again, and spoke to Leoni at MTNSP again and nobody wants to help me. I dont have access to my phone and nobody at MTN is following up on any of my request

My personal space was invaded, my money was because of sim swap. NOBODY WANTS TO HELP ME BUT YOUR DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF???
