My phone was about 3 weeks ago. Its a contract phone, I phoned 808 immedietly to suspend my account, but now its a hussle for me to do a sim swap. I am being thrown from pillar to post. Yestersday I phoned the customer care and I was told to go to MTN store. To my amazement, they wanted me to pay a fee, of R 137.00 of which they can not even explain what was the fee for. This is totally ridiculous and disgusting. I have way bigger things to worry about, like loosing my phone while Im still paying for it and now some fees I do not know about? Im no ways paying for that, I want a sim swap and that's it. As I dont have a phone phone me on 0117833290.
