Outrage at Game - Cellphone Purchase

Brand New Nokia Lumia. At purchase the salesman did make me aware the phone needed a software upgrade as the Bluetooth was faulty. I did go to Nokia & wen I got the phone it still wasn't working properly. I went back to Game to return it, because when I questioned salesman about it not working after the upgrade, he said I could bring it back for a replacement or refund. Game had taken the phone in & their Nokia Assessor said (telephonically) there're no faults.
No satisfaction with the phone so I contacted the store manager at Game & he said the Nokia assessor would be there but was not. I demonstrated the fault & they noted the Bluetooth wasn't up to par. I told the Store Manager what I've been told by the salesman & he said his staff would never say that. But he wasn't there at the time of sale. I feel I was given false info to induce the sale - misled! CPA?
With Game&Nokia sending me back&forth, the 7 day return policy fell away. Yet in the Period the phone had an OBF. I'm frustrated &annoyed! I Want a refund on the phone, do not want other Nokia phone & wil NEVER buy a Nokia phone EVER & now have reservations about buying from Game!! Ever since then 8 trips were made!
