Last year in December, I decided to go for a contract phone, I was not sure which phone I wanted, so I went to Mtn store in the building where I work. I went to their cabinet to check out what was available. As soon as I saw this phone, I fell in love with it. It was a Nokia 800. I went to the salesman and told him i wanted the Nokia he asked which one, i went back to the cabinet and said 800. We did all the forms and was told the phone would take a couple of days. I went back to find Nokia 710. I immediately informed the guy that it was not what i wanted. He told me that Nokia does not make 800. puzzled by this, i goggled this, and found that Nokia does make a Nokia 800. I. Went back to the store, where the manager told me 800 was limited to vodacom. Why was i led to believe i was going to get a Nokia 800? 3 days ago, i went back to the store, i wanted to migrate from one package to another with the same phone. I was told i could do this when i wanted to. To my shock now, i can't do it. My goodness, will this ever end. I could live with a mistake they made the first time, without any remorse or explanation. I have escalated this with their project manager, but no response to date.
