A complaint about Vodacom... AGAIN!!!
I am so tired of this network... I have a blackberry 9320 and 90% of the time I cannot use BBM, internet, mxit or whatsapp at home. All I get is GSM.
I have lost count of the number of times I have corresponded with Vodacom about signal issues. They have been promising since last year that a new mast is going to be put up near us but still nothing!!!
Apart from all the signal issues, I sent my phone in for repairs and 2 weeks later it is giving the same problems. When I sent my phone in, it was fairly clean, it came back full of dirt and dust inside and a piece of dirt right in the middle of the screen, on the inside!!! Plus the cover/frame now has a crack in it AND they my battery and gave me a dud one!!!
My battery can show half-full and the radio switches off due to low battery power??
I also now have to charge my phone constantly even when not using it. I charge it overnight and by 11am the battery is half-full.
So once again service from Vodacom and a typical "who cares about the customer" attitude.
What I want to know now is what will Vodacom do about this, if anything?
