No change to my contract from weekender to top-up

I wanted to cancel my contract with Autopage (my current 25 month contract ended 25 May 2013 anyway), because I got poor client service from the Tyger Valley branch when I wanted to upgrade. When phoning head office and speaking to Amanda on 16 May 2013, she persuaded me to stay with Autopage. I told her that my current weekender package of R200 is too expensive for me. She recommended the R75 top-up package. I then accepted it with the agreement that this package will cost me R111 per month. When I accessed my.account on the website, I see I am still paying for my calls. Then I had to phone client services again (costing me now R20) on 06/06/13 for all this calls, then July tells me the weekender is still active. She then promised I will be switched to top-up and the calls already billed, wil be subtracted from my account.
When I dailled *111# on 09/06/2013 to querie my balance, the sms from Vodacom states: "you are on a everyday off-peak 120 package". What is going on here - please explain.
