For the past few months, I have been getting statement from my bank which reflects Vodacom attempting to collect money from my account without my authorisation. Most recently, they attempted to withdraw a some of R2, 899.10 using I3544311 0176421259 VODAC as a reference. I tried to send them an email from their website months ago with no respond from their side. The challenge with their website is that it doesn't have an email address; you just fill in the form and select drop box etc.

I NEVER had or intended to have any account with them and I am confused when I look at my statement to see that they attempted to withdraw some money. I need them to tell me what is it that I bought from them and where was this item bought. On top of that, I will also need them to send me a contract which I signed when buying that item from them.

You will also note that most of the fields above are left blank as I do not know the person responsible for this dea, branch or area where it was bought and if it is the cellphone, I don't even know its number.
