On the 14 April I attempted to withdraw money from ABSA ATM and I did not get it but I received sms's saying I have withdrew money. On 8th May I went to Riverside and they said there is no such thing as the money was not showing on my statement and when I refused to go they checked again on unauthorised funds and it was there and they gave a form to fill which I did and they stapled it together with the printout showing my money. On 5th June I called FNB customer care line to follow up and they told me to contact the branch that helped me. I contacted Riverside branch and they just took me from pillar to post and finally they said I should give them the name of the person who was helping me or come to the branch to identify that person. I don't remember the name of that person and I am over 300km from that place.
