Bad Service Virgin Mobile

On Sunday the 21/04 i went into Virgin mobile in century city to do a sim swop. i was told there systems were down but i should purchase a new sim card & i must not Rica the sim card and call into the call centre to do it over the phone. i then purchased a sim card & called into the call centre on the 23/04 just after 8am. i was told the sim swop would take 24 hours. 24 hours later it was still not actioned so i called into the call centre again i was told i should check again after 12pm - 12pm arrived still nothing. i then left it & called into the call centre again on Thurday 25th - i was then told it was never actioned so i should check again in 24 hours. i then went away on holiday so did not have access to a phone . on Sunday 28th i received a sms on my boyfriends phone that the sim swop had been done but still nothing. it is now the 02/05 and the sim swop has still not been done. i tried to call into the call centre today but the lines seems to be down. the service i have received to date has been terrible and i havent even mentioned how many times i got put through to different consultants and the line went dead and i had to start the whole process again.
