Have two motor vehicle loans with MFC. I bought one in Feb, received 1 statement so far. I bought another vehicle after that and have never received a statement.
Went to their site to request a statement. Nothing works. I only receives emails that they will work on it. No statement.
I DO NOT WANT A SETTLEMENT, but a statement for both my vehicles. Do not know why this is so difficult. We all have these fancy systems and do not tell me that you cannot provide a statement to a customer when it is requested.
I DO UNDERSTAND THAT THE SYSTEM SENDS OUT STATEMENTS ONLY EVERY 3 MONTHS. I WANT A STATEMENT NOW AND NOT IN A FEW MONTHS.
